You're invited to join Jeff Gaffner, owner and winemaker of Saxon Brown Wines, for and evening of food, wine and fun on Tuesday July 26th at 6pm.
Jeff began his winemaking career over 20 years ago with the famed Chateau St. Jean Winery in Sonoma. During his time with them, he was part of the winemaking team that produced the 1996 "Cinq Cepages", winner of Wine Spectator Magazine's 1999 Wine of the Year award.
In 1997, Jeff founded Saxon Brown to make wines from the very special vineyards he'd come to know in the Sonoma AVA. His wines include scintillating chardonnay and semillon, silky smooth pinot noir and classic Sonoma zinfandel. Production of each of Jeff's fine wines is very limited, usually only 200-300 cases per vintage. This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy exclusive wines and chat with the always entertaining winemaker himself.
Jeff, Executive Chef Chappell and Sous Chef Lopez have designed a sumptuous menu for your enjoyment. Each of the five courses will be paired with a remarkable Saxon Brown wine that is sure to please. All inclusive $75 per guest includes all 5 courses, tax and a 15% gratuity.
