Fortified wines, or wines to which a distilled spirit have been added, are commonly known to only be consumed after the main course. We think, however, that there is a whole other world of fortified wines to be discovered and enjoyed, from the driest sherries to the richest ruby ports. Join us on December 6th, as we invite Stephen Chappell to The Barrel Room to teach us all about this unique style of winemaking. Our executive Chef will be pairing a unique and delicious dish with each tasting to create a perfect evening of wine and food.
